The key turns, but the door remains closed ... A regional company that was very quick and uncomplicated on site over the weekend. Very friendly interaction. Despite a larger defect in the door mechanism and very difficult opening and repair, only the fair opening fee + material was charged. Unreservedly recommendable!

Following situation: It is a Sunday, in socks in the stairwell, the door falls shut, a brief moment of realization, then panic. Locksmith Tercziak answers the phone on the first call, is on site in less than 30 minutes, leaves the lock intact and only charges €100. The good man does not stick to agreements, BE CAREFUL!!! After months of back and forth communication about a simple car remote key, either to repair it or just send it back to us, the same behavior followed every time. He did not keep his word. Either he said, "Yes, I will come by tomorrow" or "Yes, I will send it to you tomorrow." Of course, none of this happened. Now he says he personally threw the remote key in the mailbox and he cannot do anything if the key is not in the mailbox. Ridiculous behavior. JUST GIVE US BACK THE KEY, EVEN IF YOU COULD NOT REPAIR IT. IT IS NOT YOUR PROPERTY!!!
